Alright, let’s dive into the Anupama episode from April 6th, 2024, in my own words!
So, today’s episode kicks off with Anupama sitting beside Aadya in the hospital, feeling a bit out of place. She realizes she probably shouldn’t be there and decides to leave after giving some instructions to Anuj about Aadya’s post-injection care. Anuj, being the caring soul he is, reminds her to take care before she heads out. Meanwhile, Pakhi, in a sneaky move, confides in Aarush that she purposely didn’t catch her flight, leaving him in a bit of a pickle.
Suddenly, Vanraj pops up out of nowhere, asking Pakhi if she’s coming to him or if he should come to her. Of course, she ends up going with him. Curious how he found her, she discovers Aarush has been posting their whereabouts all over social media. Vanraj then strong-arms her back home.
On another note, the doctor informs Anupama that she has a tissue injury and needs an injection, cautioning her about her movements. Anupama, in her usual worried fashion, frets about missing a cooking competition, but the doctor advises against it. Just then, Shruti shows up, apologizing for not being there earlier, which makes Anuj appreciate Anupama’s devotion to Aadya even more.
Back at home, Vanraj confronts Pakhi about an FD he set up in Ishani’s name, leaving Pakhi tongue-tied as she confesses to using it for her business. This doesn’t sit well with Vanraj or Leela. Leela, being her fiery self, questions Pakhi about her so-called business, which hasn’t made a dime. Pakhi tries to defend herself, but it only leads to more tension. Hasmukh, being the voice of reason, stands up for his wife, reminding everyone that Leela’s actions are incomparable. Pakhi then goes on to boast about Aarush’s promises, which earns her a scolding from Vanraj.
Kinjal decides enough is enough and declares Pakhi can’t stay in the house anymore, a sentiment echoed by Vanraj and Toshu. Meanwhile, Yashdeep tries to cheer up Anupama, who’s feeling down about her carelessness. Anupama, ever the optimist, decides she can still cook with her left hand. Just then, Shruti arrives at the restaurant, and Dimpy has a heart-to-heart with Titu, ultimately accepting their reality.
In the midst of all this, Shruti invites Anupama and Yashdeep to her sangeet and asks them to cater, but Yashdeep declines due to prior commitments. Anupama, however, urges him to accept for the sake of their financial situation, despite her injury. It’s a tough call, but Anupama’s determined to make ends meet.
